I hope you're all doing well and staying safe.  

 

Thanks so much for dropping by. I'll make this quick - I created a little feedback form for the weekly classes I teach.  For anyone wondering what this is all about - I've been a group fitness instructor at my university (teaching POP Pilates - a super fun combination of pilates, yoga, and cardio) for the past four years. 

More recently, I transitioned into teaching Live POP Pilates via Zoom. This allowed the classes to evolve from local to international sweat sessions attended by incredible individuals from all over the world. 

I'm truly inspired by every single person who attends these classes and grants me the privilege of contributing a small part towards their fitness journey.

 

If you've ever joined any of my classes (university or online) I would absolutely love to hear your experience; the good, the bad, improvement ideas, any other comments, etc.
